When people think of condominiums they probably don’t think about forests, meadows, or the open desert. The truth is, higher-density communities help keep urban sprawl in check.
Multi-family communities are a great way to make sure our children (and their children) will have a place to live and still have somewhere to play.
Condominiums and apartments consume about three to four times less land than detached homes. They also consume less water, power, and building materials, not to mention a lot less of your money. At Pacific West, we also make every effort to place our communities close (but not too close) to essential resources, such as schools, grocery stores and restaurants, which cuts down on driving.
Sure, it would be even better if we didn’t need to build new homes, but as long as America keeps growing, and people keep looking to improve their quality of life, it’s necessary.
