By using one of our existing plans, you can significantly cut costs, eliminate potential problems with permitting, shorten your build time, and know upfront precisely what your construction costs will be.

 

Our plans, which have evolved and been refined over the last few years, meet the new IBC code and come in two formats: Class A with direct-access garage for $95/sq ft.*; or our detached -garaged product at $90/sq ft.* This price includes the architectural plans and specs, all site work, our standard clubhouse, landscaping, appliances, window coverings, 3-story stucco exterior, tile roof, and builder fee.

 

Plans have been designed by our award-winning architect and have been proven (permitted and approved) in real world conditions. These are not generic plans or “middle-of-the-road” in any way. These are designs that are aesthetically stunning, yet practical, with features such as direct access garages, wide open floor plans, 9-foot ceilings, large exterior living areas, and walk-in closets. Plans are also available for resort-style pools and spas, state-of-the-art fitness centers, upgraded business and residents clubs, and picnic and play areas.

 

*Subject to price market conditions. Because of the variables involved, price excludes land, soft costs, permits and fees, off sites. Assumes flat, buildable site with no extraordinary site conditions or requirements.
